This position is hybrid/remote. We are seeking a candidate that would preferably reside in Renton, WA, Portland, OR, or Irvine, CA locations. Some on site work required. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule

The Principal ERP Change Partner will be responsible for end-to-end change management of Oracle Cloud ERP and UKG Workforce Management implementation projects, to ensure that change strategy and plan are strategically developed and managed to support the transition of technology, people, and process while maximizing adoption of change. The Principal ERP Change Partner will facilitate change impact assessment for both Business and Information Systems stakeholders, develop and execute communications and training plans. To excel in this role, you’ll need experience with the development and implementation of change management activities that support large-scale initiatives where technology is positioned as an enabler for organizational change. This role will require facilitating and influencing effective cross-workstream discussions, alignment, and coordination with leadership, business and technical stakeholders while managing end-to-end change management activities from strategy development through execution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Organizational Development related field. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Organizational Development related field or equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Change management experience for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Infor, Workday, etc. and UKG workforce management/timekeeping systems Change management certification such as Prosci

 

Strategy:

• Develop change management strategy to enable adoption of changes required by ERP project / initiative, which outlines approach of engaging cross-functional stakeholder groups throughout project lifecycle.

Change Impact Assessment:

• Identify impacted stakeholders, and assess change, including security of change, impact to technology, process, and people, risks / benefits associated with change, and readiness of change.

Communication:

• Develop and execute communications plan, which includes audience, message, timing, medium, and responsibilities of delivery across each phase of project.

• Develop communication materials that focuses on messages regarding project to drive awareness and required actions, to be distributed via different mechanisms.

• Facilitate coordination of logistics and execution of communications.

Training:

• Develop training strategy on how users will obtain skills and knowledge required to use new tools and manage process changes – this includes identification of training audiences, learning requirements / priorities, media, and material development and delivery approach.

• Develop training curriculum that outlines proposed training courses, which encompasses audience, format, and length.

• Develop and / or provide input to training course outlines and materials.

• Facilitate coordination of logistics and execution of training

Self-motivated and proactive, able to learn quickly and apply new concepts, tools, and applications Advanced problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team-building, and presentation skills Strong ability to work with a cross-functional team, and general experience in in project management Expert verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes of issues and provide solutions
