This position is located in Huntsville, AL and supports the Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division. **This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.** **What You Will Get to Do:** Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Additionally: + Receiving, reviewing, prioritizing, and registering facilities work requirements. + Providing input to facilities Principles and Operating Procedures (ProPs). + Overseeing work performed by suppliers to verify adherence to the purchase order/scope of work, quality of work, and safety. + Planning, coordinating and scheduling preventative maintenance work with suppliers and affected users. + Scheduling and leading meeting with suppliers, performing job walks with suppliers, request quotes, and review project schedules. + Gathering and entering facility asset data in the Consolidated Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Coordinating emergency requests, escorting as needed. + Developing, maintaining and presenting Facilities Operations and Maintenance metrics data. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.  **Basic Qualifications:** + 5 Years with Bachelors degree; or 3 Years with Masters; or 1 Year with PhD. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors Degree. + Experience receiving work requirements and transcribing into standardized work authorizations. + Maintenance Management System/Program experience such as L2L, Maximo, Maintenance Connect etc. + Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 5 years **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working in a mission critical facility environment by participating in maintenance activities for several different trade disciplines. + Proficient with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and or Databases. + Preventative Maintenance Planning. + Ability to perform effectively in a team environment. + Systems Furniture. + Facilities Work Authorization. + Data analysis and reporting. + Demonstrated time management and organizational skills as well as strong communication skills. **Salary Range:** $84,600 - $127,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
