Principal Functional Analyst, Integrated Business Planning

This position is required to be in-office 3-days per week.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IBP Data and Analytics, Integrated Business Planning, you will help provide strategic, analytical, and technical support for activities within the Integrated Business Planning team and the Supply Chain organization. As a part of this role, you will capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements, help design solutions, and ensure configurations meet business needs. You will drive projects to implement IBP functionality and provide reporting and analytics, while also performing system maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues. Furthermore, you will support the business by managing master data between up and downstream systems, and act as a liaison between business and technology groups.
 

What you will do:
 

Act as a Subject Matter Expert by providing advanced functional knowledge and support for the SAP IBP system implementation covering end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, including the full S&OP cycle – Forecast, New Product Introduction, Supply Review, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning, Scenario Planning & Simulation, and Financial Planning input Meet with users, management, and colleagues to analyze and understand business requirements with sufficient detail to determine the appropriate solution Translate business requirements into SAP IBP configuration Coordinate activity with other SAP teams to ensure business requirements are met Lead complex enhancement requests or projects in a cross-team collaboration Provide integrated test scenarios to confirm a working solution for the business requirements Statistical Analysis and deep dive of Forecast outcomes to provide recommendations to Demand and Supply planners Maintain master data integrity in IBP to support planning functions Provide Training and support for Planning Teams and IBP end users

What you will bring:
 

Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent of 5+ years experience required Strong understanding of SAP functional areas (Sales and Distribution, Material management and Production Planning, Master Data Management) Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines Demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis Deep understanding of data analysis Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills Understanding of business context and objectives Strategic, intellectually curious thinker with focus on outcomes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting Developed leadership skills, including team-building, and conflict resolution

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $90,400 to $135,600/annually. This range is estimated for a Principal Functional Analyst, Integrated Business Planning in the State of Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
