**Job Description:**
**This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.**
**Overview:**
This role supports operations for the AT&T Intellectual Property (IP) team, managing resources, supplier relationships, software applications and interactions of the team with business units and inventors. Deep technical knowledge is not required but the individual needs to be aware of AT&T’s core technology areas and help us identify how we can best protect AT&T’s innovations.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
Operations Support for the Intellectual Property team (50%)
+ Create reports and provide data analytics as requested by leadership.
+ Project management skills keeping vendors, internal stake holders and Dev Ops teams aligned on common goals and timelines.
+ Determine possible technology upgrades for IP efficiency (applications, Software, Etc.).
+ Liaison with external contributors and build and manage applications for the IP team (SharePoint sites, QuickBase, SalesForce, Etc.).
Vendor Interaction (30%)
+ Software onboarding and maintenance for all IP Applications.
+ Work with vendors for invoicing and payments.
+ Lead the GSC vendor onboarding; Complete all required documents related to vendors (including CAIQ cloud governance, SaaS Intake, Data Profiling, AIA, Disaster Recovery, CCDR Compliance, CCAM compliance feeds, Etc.).
Work with Technology, Inventors and Patent teams to identify the best inventions (20%)
+ Internal/External SharePoint management (basic knowledge is OK).
+ Patent Software administration; first line of contact for inventors and IP team on reports, support and database questions for the Patent software.

+ Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience.
+ A Problem Solving Mindset and Critical Thinking ability are the most important qualifications for this role.
+ Individual should be open to new ideas and ways of doing things.
+ Ability to use Excel functions, PowerBI is desired.
+ Ability to learn new applications and use them to support the IP team.
Our Principal Intellectual Property earns between $141,300.00 - $211,900.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

$141,300.00 - $211,900.00
