The Principal IS Program Manager for Internal Organizational Communications will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance collaboration, drive engagement, visibility and ensure clarity across departments and levels of the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to advise, consult, and manages multiple, large, communication programs to foster a culture of transparency, alignment, and high performance. This candidate will rely on extensive knowledge and experience to plan, organize, direct, and supervise program activities & objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree – Public Relations, Communications, Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology or equivalent educ/experience. 10 or more years – Communication, Information Services/Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience. 10 or more years - In the communication / PR field. Experience with vendors Development and execution experience with PR, marketing, communications and benchmarks/metrics in support of improved quality and process design.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree – Public Relations, Organizational Communications, Communication, business management, healthcare admin or clinical field. Coursework/Training - Project Management methodologies. 6 years - Experience in healthcare industry. 3 years - Experience in resource managementSalary Range by Location:
