The Principal IS Project Manager (PM) position manages large, diverse, and complex projects that span across the ERP functional areas of Human Resources, Supply Chain and Finance. They plan, organize, and lead teams to complete project tasks. They rely on knowledge and experience to ensure projects are planned and executed in a way that aligns with the project objectives. They facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders and lead through influence.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology. Or equivalent educ/experience. 8 years Project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and complex projects. This includes experience with: Applying Project Management methodology based on project management principles. Incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects. Facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholder with different interests and priorities. Speaking in a professional presentation environment, such as conferences and association meetings. Business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution in including marketing, communications and financial planning. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with ERP Systems - Human Resources/Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, and Finance. Experience managing SaaS solution and integration projects Proficiency in various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience working on Statements of Work (SOWs) and coordinating with vendors for testing and implementation. Master's degree in information technology, business management, or another related field.Salary Range by Location:
