Position Specific Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide system administration and support for EMC/OpenText Enterprise Content Management and all its Applications or alternate Enterprise Content Management system Support for all Nuclear sites and act as the primary technical lead for all Documentum-related infrastructure and operational support.  Monitor and oversee Corporate and Nuclear content management hardware and software assets, Storage and immutable retention storage.  Plan, deploy, and support upgrades in the areas of any Documentum/Content management  integrations, i.e. SAP financial systems, or additional Business Units including Nuclear Systems.  Plan all Content management  hardware and software lifecycles, end-of-life, and OS or Application patching for all Content Management Applications. Provide internal operational support and cross-functional support to other Business units, Engineers, Vendors and End-Users Work closely with Cyber Security teams to maintain compliance and hardening of any Systems and/or Applications Participate in all Documentum projects and/or Documentum-related projects by assisting PMs, Project leads, Technical leads, and vendors. Assist company wide divestitures by providing Documentum support as required Plan 3-5 year road map for all Documentum applications and their future state Participate in yearly Disaster Recovery scenarios to maintain a good business continuity plan Attend local review boards for Change Management as requested

 

Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding in the following areas:

Content Management: Documentum or alternate Enterprise Content Management system.  Operating Systems, i.e. Linux, Unix, MacOS, Windows, etc. Active Directory Database, i.e. SQL, Oracle, etc. Web Applications: i.e. Websphere, Liberty, Tomcat Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies  Scripting languages, i.e. Docbasic, XML, Shell, Powershell, etc.  Programming Languages: Java and/or Python (Java preferred) Disaster Recovery processes and objectives

Job Overview

This position oversees provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, customer support, and maintenance of systems hardware, infrastructure application software, and related infrastructure. Employees in this role participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Individuals ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, infrastructure applications, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

Required Qualifications

•  High School Grad / GED

•  Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience

•  Experience: 6+ years
