As a Principal Network Engineer, it is a “hands-on” engineering leadership role, and requires to have backbone on recommendations and decisions that affect the way we create, build, and evaluate engineering solutions. Your views are influential in which engineering directions we invest in, the internal and external partners we collaborate with, and the outcome results. You grow other engineering leaders, mentoring and coaching them and develop engineering knowledge and application widely across the organization through educating leaders at multiple levels. You acquire expertise yourself to keep across trends and steer Prime Video in the best direction to invest and the benefits that will accrue from that.
