Principal Patient Safety Officer

Under the direction of the Director Risk Management, the Patient Safety Program Manager assists to design, implement and evaluate the patient safety program.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field.  5 years Experience in an acute care hospital.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field. Upon hire: Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) 2 years Patient safety experience.
