You will deliver product innovations which drive accurate item evaluation to optimize customer experience and recovery value. You will work closely with tech teams, program management, UX designers, and worldwide operations partners to deliver scalable solutions which solve complex problems designed to improve and expand Amazon’s Reverse Logistics operation. You will own multi-year product roadmaps focused on automating returns evaluation and fraud detection and improve evaluation quality programs through Computer Vision innovations. These innovations will support an optimized Reverse Supply Chain.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive product roadmaps for automating returns evaluation and improving evaluation quality using vision tunnel technology and other robotics solutions
- Partner with internal and external teams to identify existing machine-based innovations which can be leveraged to reduce operational processing burden
- Work closely with tech leaders to identify machine learning (ML) capabilities to reduce evaluation ambiguity
- Find application for automation innovations across the org and partner with other product owners to establish requirements and deliver impactful product strategies
- Partner with program management to support evaluation quality programs through new product innovations
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
- Experience working with Computer Vision and scientific models.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
