We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the highest level of coordination between AT&T FirstNet and AT&T Network Disaster Recovery (NDR). Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing improvements in processes, communications, and equipment to deliver a reliable and scalable disaster response product to public safety.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal coordination between AT&T FirstNet and AT&T NDR, enhancing collaborative efforts and operational efficiency.Identify and implement improvements in processes, communication strategies, and equipment to enhance disaster response capabilities.Secure necessary funding both internally and externally to support the development and deployment of a robust disaster response product.Proactively ensure the engagement of appropriate resources, personnel, and communication channels during disaster events.Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in disaster response coordination or a related field.Strong understanding of public safety and telecommunications infrastructure.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Ability to secure funding and manage budgets effectively.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges in disaster response scenarios.Our Principal Product Management and Development's earn between $141,300 - $211,900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
