Job Description:

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This full-time role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

The successful candidate will gather and compile data from various sources, analyze datasets to identify trends and insights, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs. Ensuring data quality and consistency, preparing and presenting reports to senior management, and utilizing advanced tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Excel are key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master’s or PhD is a significant plus), with 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

They should possess advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including experience with machine learning algorithms and big data technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and high attention to detail are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to new tools and techniques quickly.

Our Principal Product Management & Develop, earn between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
