Principal Product Manager, Clinical Services
About the Role We're looking for an experienced product lead who can drive the strategy, product management, and go-to-market for clinical services. The ideal candidate has a mix healthcare telemedicine experience, 0->1 product development, and go-to-market strategy and execution. You will be successful in the role if you are a systems-thinker, prioritizes well, and can make high-quality data-driven decisions. We are looking for an individual who can see the "big picture," but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to help us continuously improve. What You’ll Accomplish Defining product vision, strategy (product, GTM, legal), and objectives. Bring the new product line to market from 0 -> 1 within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales/marketing, operations, and the clinical team throughout the whole process. Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product. Track business performance, analytics, client and member impact of launches. Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of relevant working experience (e.g., start-up, healthcare, consulting, strategy & ops, product management) Experience working in high-performing teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output Strong problem solving skills with the ability to abstract and identify patterns from complex use cases Effective decision making skills driven and informed by data Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on the written narrative Preferred Qualifications Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output. Demonstrated success in leading development of products and customer-facing features from inception to delivery. Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills. Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members. Strong analytical and experimental design skills. Healthcare + start-up experience is a plus Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
