We develop scalable, secure, and reliable services to address modern cybersecurity challenges, ensuring businesses can operate confidently in the cloud. By leveraging AWS’s vast infrastructure and advanced technologies, we deliver products that safeguard customer environments while driving innovation in the cybersecurity space.

We are seeking a customer-obsessed Principal Product Manager - External Services (PMT-ES) to lead innovation in cloud-native security solutions. As a Principal PMT, you will drive key initiatives that deliver measurable customer value, influence long-term strategy, and elevate AWS’ leadership in the cybersecurity space.

As part of AWS Infrastructure Services, we own the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Key job responsibilities
Own the Product Strategy for Network and Application Protection Security services: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product portfolio, aligning it with business objectives, and evolving it based on customer needs.

Drive Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define detailed product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Cross-Service Integration: Lead efforts to define and improve how internal AWS services work together, enabling customers to derive greater value from seamless integration and enhanced interoperability with security services (like Amazon GuardDuty, Amazon Inspector, Amazon Macie, AWS Security Hub, AWS Config, AWS KMS, AWS Secrets Manager) and Networking services (like Amazon CloudFront, AWS Global Accelerator, AWS Direct Connect, AWS Transit Gateway, AWS Cloud WAN).

Market Canvassing: Conduct deep market research to identify unmet customer needs and define opportunities for new AWS services that address emerging trends and challenges in network and application protection.

Partnership Opportunities: Define and develop strategic partnership opportunities where AWS can augment its existing solutions by collaborating with third-party providers to deliver comprehensive security offerings.
