The QuickBooks Shared Experiences Team is dedicated to developing these platform features, which include frictionless onboarding, insightful dashboards, timely notifications, AI-powered search functions, intuitive navigation, and more. Together, these features unify all QuickBooks products and services, providing a cohesive and delightful experience for our customers while improving the discoverability and efficiency of our offerings as they use our platform to run their business.

The Role

It is designed to meet the unique needs of each customer, guiding them on what actions to take, when to take them, and how to engage with our platform to effectively manage daily operations while driving profitable growth.
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager who excels at reimagining flagship platforms at scale and crafting delightful experiences that bring together many products to drive high growth. In this role, you will set the vision and strategy for QuickBooks Homepage Dashboard and its related product areas. You will oversee execution for some of the highest impact initiatives that bring our Ecosystem Transformation vision to life as a reimagined product experience. Your goal is to make the Dashboard indispensable for the growth of small and medium-sized businesses.
