Principal Product Manager

ClearDATA is seeking a Principal Product Manager responsible for CyberHealth Managed Services.  You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of our Managed Services to drive top-line revenue growth of our existing Managed Services solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the product roadmap and ensure successful product launches. Your primary focus will be on delivering highly effective and user-friendly Managed Services solutions that meet or exceed the needs of our customers and help protect their systems and data. This is a remote role with the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across numerous functions and with key members of our executive team. 

Responsibilities: 

Own the vision for ClearDATA Managed Services and maintain the multi-year roadmap through the decomposition of strategic objectives into phased operational and tactical goals and measures.  Create and maintain a detailed solution roadmap that outlines the prioritized features, enhancements, and integrations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.  Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and insights to inform solution development decisions.   Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making.  Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and potential threats.  Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize solution performance and drive customer success.  Serve as the internal and external evangelist by communicating product vision and roadmap to sales, marketing, partners, and customers.   Up to 10% domestic travel. 

Qualifications: 

7+ years of relevant experience in product management in the cybersecurity/managed security services space or related field.  Strong understanding of managed security and compliance services, managed cloud, and related industry standards.  Strong communication skills and ability to interface with internal cross-functional teams and with customers, field teams, and partners.  Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  Strong analytic approach and bias for data-based judgment. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product decisions.  Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
