Our team is at the forefront with a focus on Microsoft Defender for Cloud (Defender for Server, Defender for Storage, Defender for Containers, etc.) and Azure Network Security (Firewall, DDOS, WAF) products. Our specific team (Customer Acceleration Team) is part of Customer Experience Engineering (Cx) organization and works very closely with product engineering and Microsoft field ( Sales and Marketing and Cloud Solution Architects), strategic customers, and partners. We create deep relationships with the product engineering team to learn about the features of cloud security products and their service architecture, and then educate Microsoft field, our customers, and our partners how to best deploy and use our products. Our Mission is to help a customer focused product engineering and continuous product innovation by incorporating customer voice during product strategy, design and development phases.

The Cloud Security Customer Engineering experience (CxE) team is looking for a Product Manager to lead a team whose mission is to help our customer successfully deploy and to drive usage of our Microsoft Defender for Cloud solution.
As a Product Manager in CxE, you'll play an important role in shaping our security products engineering, enabling customers to protect themselves, and enabling Microsoft field to position and architect our security solutions.

**Responsibilities**
This leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of direct reports. The role is also responsible for driving cross collaboration with other team managers to drive business growth, to share customer insights and feature requests, to understand product timelines and feature priorities, and to help them achieve objectives.
The Senior PM Managers responsibilities include:
+ People Management: Practice care, coach, and model to motivate and grow team members. Lead a global team to succeed at working with customers learning and deploying our security solutions, educating Microsoft field and third-party partners, and identifying technical blockers and gathering feature requests and sharing them with product teams. Develop team members to effectively communicate with quantitative and qualitative data to Microsoft stakeholders in monthly business reviews. Cultivate agility to enable the team to shift priorities quickly without losing productivity while driving maximum impact. Consistently engage and transparently communicate to create a global diverse and inclusive work environment where each employee can effectively engage, thrive, and do their best work. Guides teams to evangelize the feature(s)/feature areas they work on with internal and external stakeholders, analysts, partners, and customers in the industry via presentations, blog posts, social media, and other forums. Ensures teams act as a primary interface with Product Marketing to educate on the product and develop content.
+ Driving Objectives and Key Results: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product specific business objectives and rationalize, prioritize, and assign tasks to successfully achieve goals. Lead the team to enable the services to focus on achieving business objectives and meeting key results.
+ Advocate for our customers: Capture the voice of the customers and synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations in a prioritized manner. Relentlessly champion customer voice to engineering teams and be a change agent to develop innovative ways to handle customer scenarios and resolve complex issues.
+ As a member of Microsoft Defender for Cloud CxE team, you will use your security skills to improve our Microsoft Defender security products/services, help customers get and stay secure by helping them with deploying our security solutions.
+ Partner Development: Collaborate across Security CxE, Microsoft Field cybersecurity and third-party Partners in supporting skills transfers across our Microsoft Partners ecosystem to empower our customers, drive scalability, and grow business. Quality documentation and effectively educate others about Cloud Security solutions both in internal and external events (Executive Briefing Center – EBC, Webinars, conferences).

**Qualifications**
Required Qualifications:
+ Understanding of cybersecurity domains in Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud services
+ Intermediate technical knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud products/services
+ Relevant product management experience working with multiple stakeholders.
+ Extensive experience working with and managing technical team members.
+ Passionate about mentoring, coaching, and caring for people
+ Ability to understand business objectives, clarify in clear terms, motivate people, and focus to deliver success.
+ Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage and develop global teams.
+ Ability to build deep technical relationships with internal teams and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Work on early Product development cycle across Engineering and Business stakeholders
+ Passion for working with customers and advocating for their requirements to be met by features
+ Ability to build trust with internal and external partners through quality delivery and integrity.
