About the role
Delivering the Track and Trace Product line from BXB Digital. Defining requirements based on user (customer, internal and external) input and closely working with engineering, design team and implementation to deliver new releases of the product
Key Tasks and accountabilities
Contribute to strategy for our existing track and trace product and create detailed requirements. Build and maintain roadmaps for one or more products.Be the primary voice in DCS/CD/TD Customer forumsWork closely on owning Device Mgmt and Device Administration work between device and cloud teams.Working closely with architects, engineers, UX designers, and doc writers to implement features.Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams as well as customer-facing teams, ensuring that products satisfy customers' needs and are highly adopted.Serve as a product evangelist to Customers, Business Units, Support, and more to help them understand the vision, roadmap and best practices.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products.Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.Be the trusted advisor during interactions with CHEP customer interactions and events.Qualifications
