We are looking to hire a seasoned product leader to envision and build a Customer Engagement platform that will take a One Microsoft approach to enable engineering teams to better prepare, engage, and communicate with our Microsoft cloud customers. As the Engagement Product Manager, you will lead and be responsible for the overall performance of a product management team and customer engagement portfolio of products. You will define the long-term vision and strategy for our Customer Engagement platform based on a deep understanding of cloud customer needs, market and user research, and Microsoft’s business goals and strategy. You will be expected to lead others and to create clarity in a complex organizational environment, generate energy through a bias towards action, and deliver results against our product success criteria, and performance metrics.
