In this role, you will define the product strategy, requirements, user stories, and user journeys. A key responsibility will be envisioning scenarios that automate user experiences using artificial intelligence, reducing repetitive manual tasks. You will work closely with engineering and central AI team to drive the implementation of these solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various product and engineering teams across Payments, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Customer Experience (CX) Service, among others, to ensure a seamless end-to-end government solution.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think strategically about the target market and develop solutions that meet customer objectives in complex situations. Driving digital government initiatives is essential for a Product Manager in this role. It is crucial to link technology with measurable business value.
