As a **Principal Product Manager** in the team that builds monetization solutions for consumer AI (artifical intelligence) experiences, this opportunity will allow you to conceptualize user-centric features that also drive revenue growth. Your work will directly impact the way users interact with our AI technologies and contribute to the overall success of our monetization strategies.

**Responsibilities**
+ You will develop and lead the end-to-end product strategy and solutions to monetize consumer experiences in Microsoft AI products with high quality bar.
+ You will translate user/advertiser feedback into comprehensive product requirements, user journeys, and prototypes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and monetization goals.
+ You will identify long-term investment opportunities and own/articulate the roadmap for monetization across specific products.
+ You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including research, data science, product design, and engineering teams, to drive innovation and excellence in consumer experiences.
+ You will design and implement metrics to track monetization, advertiser value, user experience and satisfaction, iterating and refining designs to ensure continuous improvement and significant impact on key business metrics.
+ You will effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and informed decision-making.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience with product management for consumer product and working closely with UX designers.
+ 3+ years of experience with interpreting A/B tests, knowledge of statistical methods to evaluate performance.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience building and launching 0 --> 1 products.
+ Hands on data analysis experience.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.
