About this role:
Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Client Insights & Product Mgt group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager: as a key member of our CRM enablement team you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our Sales and inhouse Gen AI, data science and technology teams to define and develop our CRM/c360/Client Insights product vision, strategy and an 18 month execution roadmap. This is a space which is rapidly evolving and requires a thought leader with execution focus to drive a multi-year roadmap. You will be expected to leverage emerging trends and opportunities in agentic sales enablement automation, generative ai and advanced analytics to inform product development, predictive capabilities and introduce innovative and impactful solutions that drive business value.
In this role, you will:
Act as a top subject matter professional for Business Execution who leads highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impactLead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of businessDeliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reachingPlan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international businessProvide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the company's businessStrategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groupsEvaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluationsDefine the CRM enablement product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, requiring vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking.Lead the product prioritization ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.Influence executive leadership by presenting business cases, customer insights, and data-driven recommendations.Drive development and secure buy-in for our product vision that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
