We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. This role will contribute to all aspects of our marketing platform, but will have a specific focus on our Ecosystem strategy helping marketers effectively plan, market to, sell to and service their customer organizations, and publishers monetize their audiences. The role will help define LinkedIn’s B2B strategy for more effective holistic marketing, work with cross-functional peers across all LinkedIn lines of business as well as LinkedIn’s many ecosystem partners. Your passion for building highly technical products will serve you well as you lead development of cutting edge technologies and market differentiating customer features that will drive the next step of our evolution as a B2B marketplace. In this role you would be a key member of the LMS product team, which is responsible for delivering products and solutions that put the member experience first & foremost and deliver incredible value to our advertisers. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, data sciences, and other cross-functional teams to build a suite of products and features using leading edge machine learning and big data technologies, that help our customers succeed in their marketing objectives. Responsibilities: + Work with Product, Engineering, Business Development, AI and Marketing to create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from stakeholder teams and executives to translate strategy into actionable product milestones that deliver incremental value to our customers. + Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap + Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business. + Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, promote, and successfully grow features from launch to maturity. + Make recommendations about whether to build, buy, or partner for key capabilities required to deliver products to the market. **Basic Qualifications:** + BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience. + 9+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role **Preferred Qualifications:** + MS or higher degree in a technology-related field + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical, non-technical, partner and executive audiences alike + Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers. + Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches. + Passionate for building data driven products and experience in leveraging ML to increase impact of B2C or B2B products. + Experience building data platform or data-heavy machine learning products at scale + Experience with B2B advertising, mobile, social or video problem spaces **Suggested Skills** + Zero to One products + AI-powered products + Ecosystem thinking + Partnerships + Personalization + Entrepreneurship LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
