Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

As a Principal Product Manager for our Spend & Expense product, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of exceptional customer onboarding experiences. Your primary goal will be to help our corporate card customers seamlessly integrate BILL into their financial workflows, setting them up for long-term success. You will leverage your deep expertise in product strategy and customer-centric design to refine the onboarding journey, ensuring customers can easily and efficiently manage their finances with BILL.

Key Responsibilities: Own the strategy and execution of the customer onboarding experience, optimizing for ease, engagement, and retention. Work with cross-functional teams to design and launch features that simplify product adoption and deliver immediate value to customers with a high level of quality. Champion the voice of the customer, leveraging insights to continuously improve onboarding and address pain points. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience that drives customer satisfaction. Define success metrics for onboarding and use data to inform product decisions, iterate on features, and optimize the customer journey.

We’d love to chat if you have:

7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on customer onboarding or user experience. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from strategy through execution. Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and customer-centric design. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the customer and influence stakeholders. Prior experience with FinTech is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range$183,300—$229,200 USD
