We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager! In this role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for a business-critical Cost Optimization initiative. You will play a key role in integrating with several savings workstreams, facilitating alignment across organizations. You will also craft compelling presentations to update project progress, approach and provide recommendations, and support Senior Executives in critical decision-making, and ensure successful implementation of change management strategies **Responsibilities** + Lead and coordinate all project activities to drive progress across workstreams and achieve saving goals effectively + Prepare and deliver regular project updates and escalate issues to business executives, escalating critical issues as needed for timely resolution + Identify and address any process gaps or cross-functional conflicts by providing actionable recommendations + Facilitate the collaborative discussions with senior-level management across business units and functions (including procurement, design, product marketing, engineering, and category teams) to drive alignment on critical decision-making or process improvement + Provide thought leadership to develop innovative strategies for expanding the cost improvement funnel and accelerating the disposition of existing funnel + Provide guidance on data visualization to enhance the clarity, effectiveness and impact of insights and recommendations **Education & Experience Recommended** + Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred + 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, cost saving, project management, process improvement, engineering or a related field; Management consulting experience preferred **Knowledge & Skills** + Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and influence + Experience in successfully leading complex and cross-functional initiatives + Strong capabilities in storyboarding, and creating compelling presentations to influence + Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting + Business acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations on cost reduction + Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Knowledge of PC industry, and commodity preferred **Disclaimer** * This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role. The base pay range for this role is **$154,000** to **$237,150** annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
