Principal Program Manager, Lyric Implementation

In this role, you will lead a project team to implement client HCM projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to lead the project team to successfully implement clients on HCM products and services. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements + You have at least 10 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience + You have prior work experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery + You possess strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies + You guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners + You communicate effectively, both verbal and written + You manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability) + You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations + You work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environment + You coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: + Experience noted above, OR + Military Experience.
