Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage High-Impact Programs: Oversee and manage multiple, complex projects that span across different departments and teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
Technology Implementation: Champion the successful implementation of new technologies, driving innovation and process optimization across the business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams (business, operational, technical) to ensure program success and solve challenging problems.
Resource and Budget Management: Effectively manage program budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Strategic Guidance and Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them navigate complex challenges and develop professionally.
Program Management Process Ownership: Define and implement best practices, project management standards, and processes to ensure consistency and success across all programs.
Consult with Senior Leaders: Work closely with senior leadership to design strategies that drive operational efficiency, meet business needs, and support the overall mission.
Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Address and overcome program challenges, ensuring that issues are resolved and projects stay on course.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program outcomes and suggest improvements that will enhance program delivery and business performance.
What We’re Looking For:
A BA/BS degree with 6-8 years of relevant program management experience (or equivalent education and experience).
Experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, and other program management software like SharePoint and MS Loop, Familiarity with FoodLogiQ, Oracle Retail Brand Compliance, Genesis, CMX1 is a plus.
Expert understanding of program management methodologies, including strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse project teams including business, operational, and technical stakeholders and guide them toward achieving common goals.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
Ability to solve complex problems, make data-driven decisions, and consider the long-term impact of recommendations.
A passion for mentoring and developing talent, with a focus on guiding junior team members and sharing knowledge.
