As a Principal Project Engineer in the Heat Transfer\norganization, you will lead and manage large, complex engineering projects. You\nwill coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective\ncollaboration and project coordination. Your ability to define project scope,\nobjectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will\nhelp align projects with business goals and customer requirements. By\ndeveloping and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and\nresource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery.\nMonitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets\nwill help maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you\nwill impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects,\ndriving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous\nimprovement and innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex engineering projects to\n ensure successful execution and delivery, while ensuring alignment with\n business objectives and Honeywell Aerospace standardsDefine and manage project scope, objectives,\n schedules and deliverables, budgets and resource allocation in\n collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersMonitor project progress and ensure compliance to\n schedules, budgets and processesIdentify and mitigate project risks, implement\n corrective actions as neededCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders to\n provide project updates and address concernsProvide technical expertise and leadership to project\n team to help resolve complex challengesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance\n project management processes and practicesChampion for continuous Project Engineering skill\n developmentMentor and guide junior project engineers to support\n building a high-performing teamFacilitate various teams to solutions and agreementsThe design, development and qualification of heat exchangers\n which meet customer and internal requirementsImplementing development and qualification test\n objectives, writing test procedures, and overseeing the preparation of\n test units and the conduct of testsLead preparation of Technical Position Papers to support In-Service Resolution Board (IRB) regarding field issues and quality escapes.Lead proposal and new business development efforts.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
