Collins Ejection Seating is the leader in providing a safe and robust Ejection System to most USAF platforms.  Currently we are in the process of modernizing our fleets to the upgraded ACES 5 platform, providing a much safer ejection envelop to ensure those who are born to fly, can walk away.

What You Will Do:

Ensures processes are adhered to by the engineering execution team and liaises with program management and other IPT leads to assure technical goals are achieved.Responsible for capturing lessons learned.Take ownership of technical project execution through Design & Development activities into ProductionPresent project status to multiple levels of LeadershipWork as part of a cohesive team with test engineering, product engineering, system engineering, program management and OperationsMaintain and oversee Earned Value Management as a Cost Account Manager and Product OwnerBreakdown Work Package and tasking via Jira Work Packages and StoriesAlign on an Agile execution for Systems, Test and Mechanical Design tasking
 

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62Agile Experience (Alm: Jira/Wiki experience required)EVMS/CAM ExperienceExperience in Systems Requirement/Artifact breakdownExperience in Test Plan and Execution Artifact breakdown

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
