In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. **Expected salary range** of $122,400 to $136,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This position, based in the Constellation Home services business, supports the broader organization through high impact projects, process improvement, strategic planning and problem solving. This position's success requires exceptional execution with ability to communicate and manage competing priorities effectively. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering exceptional business value to customers. The PM may be responsible for managing one or several concurrent high visibility teams, projects or assignments which may cross multiple lines of business. The PM may play various roles in practice, including but not limited to Change Management Practitioner, Process Improvement Lead, Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master. At an enterprise level, leading large and complex projects consisting of multiple teams and requiring integration with activities outside of the scope of the project delivery team. At a project level, use experienced judgement and skills to design an approach which is suitable to achieve business goals and constraints. At a team level, coach for optimal team dynamics and performance. In performing these roles, the PM will be expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and agile practices in the right proportions to fit complex, business-critical projects and initiatives and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Direct, monitor and control project or initiative execution with transparency. + Lead collaboration of stakeholders through ambiguity or conflict to deliver business strategy. + Charter and plan projects and initiatives based on business value and priority. + Lead and structure teams, work plans and processes through entire project or initiative lifecycle. + Manage projects or initiatives within Constellation Home and/or Constellation governance frameworks and standards. + Coach and mentor personnel. + Lead Innovation through continuous improvement within the department and/or company **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree + 8+ years professional experience + 6+ years experience in project management & managing teams + Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification AND / OR Six Sigma certification (black-belt or master black-belt) + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills + Proficient in one or many work management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) + Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum + Demonstrated financial discipline and project financial skills (manage a budget, generate forecasts, perform variance analysis) + Superior and proven ability to lead, influence, build alignment and partner across the organization **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Master's degree or higher in Project Management, Finance, Business, Information Systems or Computer Science + Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification + Scrum Master certification (CSM) AND/OR Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) + Experience leading projects where stakeholders use Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager or net custom developed applications + Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry and retail operations and an understanding of the end to end processes and controls Constellation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
