This position currently requires office presence of 3 - 5 days a week and is located in Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA. No relocation is offered.
AT&T is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Project/Program Manager to lead initiatives in credit policy, strategy, and legal compliance. This critical role is responsible for driving modernization and ensuring the alignment of AT&T’s credit systems and practices with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of AT&T’s credit systems, policies, and processes, along with advanced analytical capabilities to extract, analyze, and interpret data. This individual will use insights to develop strategic recommendations and communicate effectively with executive leadership to influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of AT&T’s credit policies and strategies.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA).Conduct in-depth analysis of credit systems and data to identify modernization opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of credit-related initiatives.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations based on robust data analysis.Drive innovation in credit processes, aligning them with AT&T’s broader business objectives.Act as a subject matter expert on AT&T’s credit systems and practices, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in credit policy, strategy, and compliance, ideally within a large corporation.Strong knowledge of AT&T’s credit systems and practices is highly preferred.In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including FCRA and ECOA.Certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar are a plus.Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to executive leadership.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to credit operations.Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions in credit policy and practices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
