Guide the quality engineers in various squads from design and architecture standpoint while implementing the automation frameworks. Ability to work in Digital Transformation /Agile model. Come up with solutions to develop various test automation accelerators to improve the test coverage, reduce the testing widows and cost. Mentor the squad members to develop quality engineering mindset.  Drive department level test automation strategies for Agile. Hands on working Knowledge on BDD to implement In-Sprint Automation e.g. Cucumber Drive transformation initiatives like “Continuous Testing (CI/CD enablement), In Sprint Test automation, Service virtualization and BDD.  Drive the teams towards achieving maximum test automation coverage across smoke/in sprint/regression/Build acceptance/End to End Testing. Drive the teams towards configuration management for test automation assets (GITHUB, JIRA-SynapseRT (aka TestRay) Hands on experience in Selenium with Java, UFT, Playwright, API Test Automation (Rest Assured /POSTMAN), Service Virtualization using Wire Mock /ReadyAPI / Parasoft SOA Test.Test automation tools integration to JIRA Test management Plug InsTest Automation tools integration to CI/CD pipelines.Parallel execution using Selenium Grid /Cloud based solutions (like Sause Labs, LambdaTest etc.)Hands on Java programming Experience in Test management tools ( e.g, JIRA, SynapseRT(aka TestRay))Experience on automating E2E flows with different technology applications (Web, Desktop/Windows/Mainframes/DB and Web services)Hands on experience in Web services (Rest Assured)/ Service VirtualizationTools (Like Ready API/SOA Test)Working knowledge in Agile model
