Seeking an experienced Lead/Principal QA Engineer to join the team in New Castle, Delaware. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in test automation, leadership, and a passion for driving quality in software development. The right candidate will have experience leading and mentoring QA engineers while remaining hands-on with automation frameworks and testing strategies. Experience needed: Selenium, React, Coding with Java, Python or similar and heavy API testing. 

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices in automation and testing Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium Conduct API testing with Postman to validate system integrations and functionality Perform front-end testing with React, ensuring a seamless user experience Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enhance software quality Oversee test strategies, regression testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes Work within Agile methodologies, using Jira for test case management and bug tracking Qualifications: Extensive experience in test automation with Selenium Strong API testing expertise using Postman or similar tools Hands-on experience with React testing frameworks Proven track record of leading and mentoring QA teams Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD integration Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
