Looking for an experienced Principal Quality Technician to join a Medical Device Company in Santa Clara, CA! **Key Responsibilities** + **Quality Inspection** : Perform regular quality inspections and R&D testing. Proficiency in using inspection equipment. + Excellent communication skills for interacting with R&D and manufacturing teams. + Approach tasks as a helper and guide, not an enforcer. + **Design Quality Engineering:** Conduct design verification testing. + Perform tensile tests using Instron. + Use catheter simulated use models to identify kinks vs. pinholes. + Utilize microscopes for detailed inspections. + Review and verify data capturing processes. + Act as the actual tester during peak times; review others’ work during downtime. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years in medical device/inspection. + Medical Device or Pharmaceutical companies required + Experience performing Design verification testing, In-process manufacturing inspection, Final lot release testing, Calibration data sheet review, Incoming inspection data sheets and finalization. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
