\nYou will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Rotating Equipment, and will work out of our Rosemont, Illinois location on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\n15+ years of Rotating Equipment experience (design, application, operations, or maintenance)\nExperience and knowledge of API standards related to rotating equipment API: 610, 611, 612, 613, 614, 617, 618, 619, 670, 671, 672, 673, 674, 675, 676, 682, 685, 692, etc\nHands-on experience with pumps, compressors, lube oil systems, and seals\nExperience in the specification and procurement of rotating equipment, including their auxiliary support systems\nAbility to communicate well with suppliers in both written and verbal communication\nAbility to work well in a team environment and provide proper updates to Project managers, Project Engineers, and Procurement on the status of requisitions and document reviews\nCapable of multi-tasking to maintain contributions for several projects simultaneously and on schedule\nOrganizational skills must include a disciplined approach to maintaining project files for team use and good documentation of correspondence and issue resolution\nGood working knowledge and use of the following software applications: Adobe Acrobat Standard, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)\n\nWE VALUE\n\nBachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution is required\nMaster's degree in Engineering or a related field\nDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team\nAbility to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers\nExperience in technical writing and preparation of proposals\nProven ability to drive results and achieve targets\nExperience with High-Temperature Centrifugal Fans / Blowers is a plus\nExperience in an equipment manufacturing environment or operating plant is a plus\n\nABOUT HONEYWELL\n
