The Role: Salesforce CRM Analytics Engineer

IWMS uses the Salesforce platform as its Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool and as a key driver of the associate experience for sales, relationship management, consulting & client service teams. IWMS considers Salesforce a key strategic asset & capability.

The Team

The CRM Enablement product area sits in the Fund and Brokerage Operations and Technology (FBOT) organization. The CRM Analytics Lead role reports into the business enablement team and is a shared resource across all CRM squads. This role partners closely with the end users, business architect, tech lead and squad leaders to build intuitive and actionable dashboards using CRMA.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 3+ years of extensive expertise in understanding and designing using CRM Analytics CRM Analytics/Einstein discovery certification is preferred Serve as solution consultant required to perform hands-on delivery of CRM Analytics reports and dashboards Experience with analyzing and visualizing large volumes of data using CRM Analytics (CRM Analytics) Experience with creating dataflows/recipes Experience with setting up Apps, Sharing, and Security predicates. Experience with building/maintaining dashboards and working with bindings, connect data sources etc. Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools – Flosum Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms Superb communication and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud Solid grasp of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development standard methodologies Working knowledge of Einstein Discovery is a plus High-level Snowflake knowledge is a plus The Value You Deliver You will combine Salesforce CRM data with external data sources (e.g. Snowflake) do provide IWMS leaders data and views to help run their business. You will design and deliver executive level and end user dashboard views that will drive overall adoption of Salesforce You will partner with squad leaders to build dashboards or embed components into page layouts to improve the user experience
