In this role, you will:

Building a new digital platform, upgrading and modernizing our current SAP ECC system to SAP S/4HANA

Enablement of Digital Capability / Connected Systems across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Global Business Services (GBS)

Simplification and standardization of global processes, data and analytics​Serving as the overall IT leader working closely with Program Aurora & Business Unit Implementation leader across the organization including Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Development, and the business unit/business teams to ensure no business disruption and value delivery of the program

Driving all deployment readiness plans for Kimberly Clark’s Digital Business Transformation and leading the cutover activities to plan, prepare and deploy an integrated suite of SAP S/4 and other SaaS digital capabilities and preserves operational integrity

Managing and coordinating all Aurora IT activities that will occur with the S/4 SAP platform, Digital Capabilities, Integration with and driving B/U legacy applications required changes

This role reports into the DTS IPC team and has responsibilities across all segments

Lead & define Business Unit operational readiness and risk mitigation plans to prepare for and deploy an integrated suite of SAP S/4

Engage and partner with the Segment Implementation leaders to understand operational needs, dependencies and execution of business continuity plans for a successful go-live

Define, assess and inventory all Segment business systems, applications, and data & analytics change impacts and drive plans to remediate all changes for readiness and go-live

High level of collaboration and partnership with functional, technical, data and change management teams to prepare, execute and support business unit deployment readiness

Support all testing cycles with mock cutovers to test the deployment solution, developing readiness criteria to support go/no-go decision making and planning all aspects of the final deployment.

Partner with program leadership and implementation partners to drive execution and completion of the cutover plan and minimize operational disruption:

Develop detailed cutover checklist and plan incorporating both technical and operations or business tasks

Drive cross-team working sessions as needed to build out critical interdependencies within the plan to ensure a successful deployment of the solution

Ensure "entry into" and "exit out" of cutover stage gates are met including the final Go/No-Go decisions

Work closely with the workstreams to document the cutover plan for each boundary system application

Develop the back out / contingency plans for Cutover

Primary point of escalation for all Deployment and Cutover issues, Post go-live, support resolution for critical defects or key risks identified during the cutover plan execution and/or during Hypercare activities

Lead identification and implementation of continuous improvements opportunities within our deployment processes and cutover plans as we implement our solutions across releases

Collaborate with the business to define business outcomes, measure adoption, and manage improvement technology and/or process opportunities to meet the business outcomes

Collaborate with the program and business to define impacts to future operating model

Document and manage the deployment Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies

15+ years Information Technology Experience

Experience in managing complex SAP/ERP projects in a matrixed environment across IT and business functions. SAP S/4 experience is desirable

Strong project management skills and judgment to determine which issues need to be escalated outside the project team

7+ years leadership expertise to focus teams on highest priority tasks using Agile methodologies

Ability to understand and articulate interdependencies between integration components

Ability to influence, lead and motivate a diverse cross-functional team\Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to move forward with incomplete information

Understanding of the business implications of technical and functional design decisions

Proven experience with future state architecture, taking business to the next level, creating competitive advantage to the business. Proven experience laying out technology roadmap connecting the dots with business needs

Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines
