Your role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Principal Scientist with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in bioconjugation techniques and strategies, a strong background in downstream processing and purification methods, and proficiency in analytical techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated track record in project management.

 

Who you are:

Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of industry experienceExtensive expertise in bioconjugation techniques and strategiesStrong background in downstream processing and purification methodsProficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and spectroscopyDemonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project completionExcellent leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior scientistsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a matrix organizationPublication record in peer-reviewed journals and/or patents related to bioconjugation or drug development
