Kforce's client, a growing Bio-Sciences company in Waltham, MA is seeking a Principal/Senior Financial Planning Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and highly visible role within an exciting industry! This will be a mostly on-site work schedule, 4 days/week on-site and 1 day/week remote. Main Duties: * Lead in financial modeling, including sales, gross margin and expense projections for long range and annual operating plans * Lead the financial planning and budgeting process * Create financial models supporting the Company short-term, long-range, and various strategic scenario plans * Provide monthly reporting and planning for business units * Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and provide analytical support as required * Review and analyze CRO contracts
