• Ph. D. in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university.

• 0 to 5 years of software development experience.

• Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)

• Functional section – this is a take-home programming test

Step 2

• Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
