Job Overview
Qualcomm's Snapdragon Studios are looking for an experienced engineer to lead a team collaborating with mobile and PC game engine developers globally. The position entails facilitating engine level feature enablement and optimizations for the Snapdragon chipset. The focus will be on GPU and CPU related features, with opportunities to develop for other Snapdragon SOC hardware components such as neural processing, display, audio, and connectivity. This role offers the chance to engage with state-of-the-art hardware and contribute to the advancement of high-performance mobile and PC gaming.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of professional experienceComfortable working in large unfamiliar C/C++ codebasesExperience developing source-level game engine features/optimizationsStrong 3D graphics related mathematics backgroundExpertise with Vulkan, DirectX. OpenGL, or OpenGL ESFamiliarity with 3D graphics profilers and debuggers such as Snapdragon Profiler, RenderDoc, Pix, NSight, etc…Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivatedPreferred Qualifications
Experience shipping at least one commercial PC or console gameDeep understanding of modern PC/console game engine architecturesExperience developing, profiling, and optimizing modern rendering algorithmsEducation Requirements
Required: A BS, MS, or PhD degree in an engineering or computer science related field.
