Description Lead a team of software engineers to support and maintain a critical customer service support application. Represent the team as the Technical Lead to other business partners and engineering teams in our organization.Maintain relationship with Product Owner and the business to support refinement of the backlog and advise on work priority. Provide 24x7 on-call production support on a rotational basis with the team. Work with Product Owner and Engineering Manager to develop software development best practices and implement them with the team.Telecommuting permitted up to 60%. QualificationsEmployer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal Software Engineer-related occupation.
