The OneDrive and SharePoint team is looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to be a part of this journey. 

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about building a team with a fcous on people and culture at the forefront.  This leader will be accountable for the Digital Safety and Law enforcement aspects of OneDrive and SharePoint. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to dig into hard engineering problems to improve the core fundamentals of our systems, add critical and exciting new features, revolutionize how our engineers work day-to-day, adapt to the continuously evolving regulatory landscape pertaining to Digital Safety & Consumer Compliance and partnering across Experiences and Devices (E+D). Pushing the engineering bar higher while enabling OneDrive/SharePoint to lead the way in creating a platform for the components. The societal impact of this work cannot be overstated.
