Description Design end-to-end solutions that integrate various healthcare systems, applications, and data sources to improve operational efficiency and patient careCollaborate with stakeholders to define the strategic vision and roadmap for healthcare technology initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and industry trendsLead the architectural design process, from initial concept to detailed specifications and implementation plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirementsMentor and guide a team of healthcare solutions architects, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and capabilitiesDefine and document enterprise solution architecture principles, standards, and guidelines, and ensure their adoption across all IT projects and initiatives, and alignment with the governance process Drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare technology by evaluating emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, and incorporating them into solution designsServe as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, HL7, DICOM, and FHIR, and ensure compliance in all solutionsEngage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and 3rd party agencies, to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on technology solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Master's degree preferredMinimum 10 years in a related IT or Engineering discipline Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience architecting solutions using cloud-native services Strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards and protocols, with experience integrating disparate healthcare systems and data sourcesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions to complex challengesRelevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, HL7 FHIR Proficiency) preferred.
