The Architecture & Analysis practice lead with be responsible for setting the standards, guidelines, and principles for both the practices of architecture and analysis within the Customer Value Management & Artificial Intelligence division. The practice lead will ensure that the practice members are aware of the Vodafone / Vodacom company standards, practices, tools, and training related to this discipline.

The Ideal Candidate for this role will have:
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Matric/Grade 12 qualification (essential).3-year degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.8 -12 years of analysis and design experience in disciplines such as software development, IT solution delivery, Enterprise type applications in a highly complex environment (essential).Agile exposure, Kanban/Scrum, SAFE (essential).1-2 year relevant courses/certificateCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:
