Tasks and Responsibilities:
A drive to build a pipeline of clients (local and multinational) in new stakeholder groups; Maintain close relationships with clients to enhance trust level and to explore further business opportunities. With the senior leadership team, deliver the team’s financial and people performance e.g. Profit & Loss responsibility for projects and talent retention & development; Strategic Insight:Project leads and is seen as an expert regarding the clients’ issues and businesses. Creates solutions with impact, solves more complex client concerns through interacting with and influencing senior client touch points; and builds on their team’s analysis.
Delivering Results:Allocates work streams effectively and delivers all projects competently. Seeks alternative project management approaches to help both the team and the clients respond to any unpredictability. Helps team keep the big picture in focus and identify talent gaps to build right skills.
Leading and Managing:Achieves success through managing the actions of others by leveraging on the skills of the team - giving them space and support to grow into their roles as consultants.
Building Client Relations:Engages clients as a trusted business partner with a long term view. Successfully connects with key decision makers, identifies and realises further sales potential within ongoing client projects.
Qualifications:
7-12 years of prior business experience within a similar consulting capacity, or as an industry profession with specific sector knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree from renowned universities. An MBA or Masters degree in related field will be advantageous. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
