Principal Supply Chain Analyst

This role involves facilitating the discussion and analysis between Logistics and Order Management to maximize shipments for the Coffee Business Unit. This role acts as an intermediary between several Supply Chain functions which provide data-driven recommendations for both short- and long-term process improvement. The analyst will play a central role in daily communication as a key contributor leading calls, providing reports, and supporting cross functional needs with the Supply Chain.


Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and communicate Supply Chain reports to various shareholders.Cross functional work with Logistics, Transportation, Planning and Order Management while leading daily execution calls.Proactively communicate service issues related to On Time Delivery and Fill Rates while considering all facets of Supply Chain Planning metrics.Manage daily and weekly shipment plans while highlighting opportunities to increase outbound volume through cross functional coordination and escalationContinuous focus on process improvement throughout all Supply Chain teams as an impartial observer to current processes.Support new product launches and network optimization for efficient execution and improved service.

Requirements 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning or AnalyticsSAP (APO, ECC, SNP) or similar ERP system preferredEducation preferred: B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Business, or related field Company Overview
