You will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Electromagnetic Solutions business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones. Key Responsibilities + Systems architect for cUAS products (and various Electronic Warfare and Radar products) + Work closely with Business Development team on pursuits + Collaborate across all of Honeywell to develop wholistic solutions + Write proposals and white papers + Mentor other engineers + Requirements analysis and decomposition + Customer interaction + Budget/schedule responsibility U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics + More than 10 years Engineering experience + Proven experience in EW or cUAS systems WE VALUE + Strong knowledge of cUAS/EW/Radar systems + Expert in systems development lifecycle + Strong industry relationships + Demonstrated ability to write proposals and win pursuits + Knowledge of export control regulations + Ability to travel + Experience working with diverse and remote teams Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
