Northrop Grumman's Chief Information & Digital Office organization has an immediate need for a Principal Systems Engineer to work on the Service Delivery IPT in NGIDE. This role can be located in Melbourne, FL, Roy, UT, or Redondo Beach, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide concierge support to program on fulfilling program IDE requirements via NGIDE capabilities or other CO services, such as ECSG, EIDE, and EDNIdentify gaps between program needs and service offerings available and suggest mitigation steps, such as incorporating new capabilities into the NGIDE roadmapBecome a technical expert on NGIDE capabilities (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Cameo, DOORS Classic, Citrix, etc.) and become knowledgeable about other NG Corporate (CO) services, such as ECSG, EIDE, and EDNBecome knowledgeable about other CO guidance organizations, such as sector ESPMs, DTAC, Cybersecurity, and EACoordinate and support programs through the NGIDE onboarding process and new capability requestsIdentify user/stakeholder experience improvements and incorporate into processesCreate and maintain NGIDE process and training documentationCollaborate with other IPTs to drive digital transformation initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience OR a Masters Degree with 3 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience OR an Associates Degree with 7 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.Technical background/experience with any of the following: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Cameo, DOORS Classic, CitrixExperience in user-facing roles or user supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive in task management and follow throughOrganized self-starterBalance independent problem solving and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

Any application administration experienceAny JavaScript or SQL Server experienceAny System Engineering / Cameo experienceSecurity+ certificationSecret clearance level

Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $165,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
