Essential Functions:
The Sentinel Principal Systems Engineer is directly responsible for supporting the overall System-level development effort including integration of subsystem elements into the overall System-level design, and related formal deliverables to the customerResponsible for the development, decomposition, refinement and documentation of system, subsystem and component requirements and capabilities to support the Sentinel program Ensure the requirements are captured in DOORS, and are consistent with the CAMEO Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Model.Directly responsible for supporting overall System-level end to end performance assessments of the Sentinel system, and identifying and leading the resolution of systems performance gaps relative to stakeholder requirementsCollaborate with senior systems engineers, and other disciplines to support the development of the Sentinel deliverablesLead small ad-hoc teams in the execution of tasking per the Integrated Master ScheduleBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in STEM with 3 years of related engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with no experienceInterim Secret DoD security clearance or higher – work is performed in a closed area full time (100% onsite / 100% Closed area)Requirements Decomposition experienceDOORS or other requirements Management ExperienceAbility to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical personnelDemonstrated experience in requirements decomposition, validation, and verificationPreferred Qualifications:

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
